Export and logistics
What we need to quote you delivered, how the goods travel, and what happens at each end.
We ship trade-direct worldwide from Morbi, Gujarat. Freight is quoted separately from the goods because it changes the sensible order size — a container that is half empty costs the same to move as a full one, and knowing that early usually changes the specification.
01What we need to quote delivered
The specification and quantity, the delivery town and country, and whether you want it ex-works, FOB or delivered. That is enough for a firm number on the goods and an indicative one on freight.
For a container quote we also need to know whether you have a receiving bay and forklift, or whether it has to be a tail-lift delivery. It changes the vehicle and it is the single most common reason a delivery is refused on arrival.
02Incoterms we work to
EXW Morbi — you arrange collection and everything after it. The cheapest number on the invoice and the most work at your end.
FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva — we handle inland haulage, customs clearance and loading. Most trade buyers with a forwarder choose this.
CIF to your named port — we add sea freight and insurance. Convenient, and easy to compare against a local supplier once you add your own clearance.
03How the goods are packed
Netting ships on rolls, wrapped and labelled with the code, shade factor and running length. Rolls are loaded lengthways and strapped; a 40 ft high-cube takes considerably more than a 20 ft for the same footprint cost, which is worth checking before you split an order.
Matting ships palletised and shrink-wrapped, or interleaved and banded for cut sheets. Tarpaulins are folded, bagged and boxed. Nets, mats and tarps consolidate onto one shipment when they are for one job.
04Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin as standard. Test certificates and material declarations where the specification calls for them — say so at enquiry stage rather than after dispatch, because some of them cannot be issued retrospectively.
