Most suppliers in this trade buy from one factory and sell to another market. We make what we sell, which is why the person quoting your job can tell you what the compound does at 45 °C.
Shree Balaji Global began as a mesh business — knitted HDPE monofilament for farms that could not get a net to last more than a season in Gujarat sun. Rubber came later, and for the same reason: the customers already buying shade cloth for the roof kept asking who could supply a floor for the shed underneath. Today the two ranges ship on the same order, from the same yard, on the same lorry.
Everything is manufactured at Survey No. 266/4/1 on the Mitana-Hamirpar highway. Netting is knitted, not woven, so the cloth does not fray when it is cut on site, and the shade factor is set on the machine rather than by coating. Mats are vulcanised solid rubber, pressed with the top pattern the job needs and cut to your bay dimensions before they leave the plant. Tarpaulins are woven HDPE, laminated both faces, hemmed with rope and set with brass eyelets.
We sell trade-direct. That means no distributor markup, cut-to-size as standard rather than as an extra, and a technical answer from the desk rather than a catalogue page number.
How the work is done
Raw material to loaded lorryMaterial in
Natural rubber and UV-stabilised HDPE resin arrive graded and tested. Compounds are mixed in-house, so what goes into a dairy mat is not whatever the market had cheap that week.
Knit, calender, press
Nets are knitted to their shade factor on the machine. Rubber is calendered into sheet, then pressed with the diamond, groove, hammer or bubble top the application calls for.
Cut and finish
Sheets are cut to your bay dimensions, nets hemmed and eyeleted, tarps rope-hemmed on four sides. Finishing happens here, not on your site in the rain.
Out the gate
Standard sizes ship from stock; anything cut to order leaves within 48 hours. Nets, mats and tarps consolidate onto one shipment when they are for one job.
What we will not do
Where we say noWe do not quote a shade percentage without knowing the crop and the structure, because the number on the roll is measured flat in a lab and your crop is under a curve. We do not sell debris netting as fall netting — fall protection is knotless HDPE tested to EN 1263-1, and nothing in the screening range substitutes for it.
We do not drill drainage holes in mats. If liquid sits on a floor, the slab has stopped falling to the channel, and a hole through good rubber only moves the problem. And we do not ship a mat gauge lighter than the animal standing on it needs, however keen the price looks on the order.

Netting
Knitted HDPE shade cloth from 10 to 95%, insect and hail mesh, windbreak, debris screening and EN 1263-1 fall netting.
Rubber matting
Vulcanised solid rubber in diamond, groove, hammer and bubble tops, plus interlocking recycled-SBR tile for gym floors.
Tarpaulins
Woven HDPE laminated both faces, rope-reinforced hems and brass eyelets, from 120 to 300 GSM and cut to your bed.
